What Is Covered Under The Warranty?

30 Day Warranty For Soft Goods Including:

  • Foot muffs,
  • Liners,
  • Rain covers,
  • Hoods,
  • Shopping Baskets,
  •  Accessories,
  • Fabrics,
  • Zippers,
  • Changing Bags
  • Wheels
  • Travel Bags
  • Mattresses
  • And All Other Fabrics/Accessories 

3 Months Warranty:

  • Stair Gates
  • Buggy Board
  • Fire Guards
  • Bouncers

6 Months Warranty:

  • Playpens
  • High Chairs (Must be used on a non slip mat and level surface)
  • Travel Cots

12 Months Warranty On All Car Seats, Stroller Frames, Pram Chassis.

The Warranty Covers Any Manufacturer's Fault But Does Not Cover Wear And Tear Or Accidental Damage. The Warranty Is Only Valid For The Original Owner. The Product Should Not Have Been Misused, Overloaded Or Neglected And Should Have Been Maintained In Line With The Manufacturers Instructions. The Statutory Rights Of The Purchaser Are Not Affected By The Warranty.

What Happens If I Report A Problem?

Reporting A Problem Within 28 Days
If You Report A Problem Within 28 Days From The Date Of Receipt, We'll Give You A Spare Parts, Replacement Or A Refund, Following Verification At The Service Centre.

Following Verification Via Photos And Proof Of The Issue, If We Are Unable To Resolve Your Issue With Spare Parts Replacements, We Will Arrange For The Item(s) To Be Collected And Returned To Us (Please note: It Is Not Possible By Our Courier To Arrange A Collection If The Item Is Not Boxed). No Collection Fee Is Charged.

If Your Item Is Lightweight You May Be Asked To Return The Item By Post (Following Verification At The Service Centre We Will Also Refund You For The Return Cost)

We Would Recommend, If Possible, To Retain The Original Packaging.

Please check your parcel(s) on delivery, externally and internally and report any damage(s) to us within 5 days. Failure to report damage(s) within this time period may result in chargeable replacement parts.

If You Report A Problem After The Warranty Period Has Expired, We Will Advice With The Best Course Of Action Following The Information Provided By You, We Can Offer A Repair Or Replacements Parts At a Modest Cost.

The Above Does Not Apply For General Wear And Tear,  Non-Manufacturing Defects, Accidental Damages, Misused Products Or Products That Are Used For Intentions They Are Not Built For.

How Long Does It Take To Perform A Repair?
We Quote Up To 3-10 Working Days For A Repair To Be Completed From Collection Of Your Item(s) To Delivery Back To You. This Is Worse Case Scenario And We Always Endeavour To Reunite You With Your Item(s) As Soon As Possible. We Are Not Able To Warranty You A Shorter Repair Time.
