From £ 3.95 UK Mainland Delivery:

All products purchased from Baby Travel U.K. LTD are delivered within the UK mainland from £3.95. Products purchased from EU, N. Ireland, Highlands Of Scotland & British Isles Are Subject To Additional Delivery Charges.

Dispatch:

All orders placed are dispatched within 24 hrs on working days only. Our Distribution Centre working days are Monday - Friday. Please make sure that your order is correct and the contact details provided on the order details are valid, this will help you to be fully updated with the step by step delivery stages by the courier.

Delivery:

All Parcels Are Delivered By Courier And A Clear Signature Is Required Upon Receipt.
Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery 2-3 Working Days Applies To Uk Mainland, N. Ireland, Highlands And British Isles.


Exceptional Charges
 If We Deliver To You And You Are Not Available Our Courier Will Advice You Via Email / Text Message / Calling Card If Applicable. If The Delivery Fails Or Delivery Is Refused, Baby Travel Reserves The Right To Request That The Postage Are Costs Are Paid By The Customer, Also Admin Fee Will Be Applied Upon Refund.

Parcels.
 All Parcels Are Reinforced With Tape Around The Edges, Weak Packed Products Are Boxed In Different Size Boxes. Parcels Are Insured At No Cost To Yourself, But We Need You Cooperation In The Event The Parcel You Received Is Damaged Box, Extensively Ripped Box, You Must Clearly Accept The Parcel But Sign As Parcel Damaged Also Try To Explain If There Is An Option On The Paperwork Or The Screen Of The Signature Machine Provided By The Delivery Driver. Don't Forget We Need To Know This As Soon As Conveniently Possible.

Accepting Your Parcel
 Whether You Or A Member Of Your Family Awaiting For The Parcel To Arrive Must Be Aware To Check The Parcel Check Externally For Any Damages That May Have Been Caused In Transit. In The Event Of A Damaged Parcel You Must Sign As Unchecked Damaged Parcel, This Is For Insurance Reasons That Will Benefit You And Us, If You Fail To Check Your Parcel Externally Any Claims Of Transit Damage Will Take Longer To Investigate Than Normal. You Must Accept The Parcel And Contact Us As Soon As Conveniently Possible.

  • Please check your parcel(s) on delivery, externally and internally and report any damage(s) to us within 5 days. Failure to report damage(s) within this time period may result in chargeable replacement parts.


Collections:                                                                                                            Collections Unless Agreed With Baby Travel Prior To Collecting From Yourself Are Charged, £ 12.00 Inc. Vat Large Size Parcels Are Charged £ 25+vat Per Box.

Additional Fees:

  • Unwanted Item, Restock Fee £ 2.00 (Items Up To £ 30.00)
  • Unwanted Item, Restock Fee £ 8.00 Per Box (Items £ 30.00 & Above)
  • Delivery Charges Are Not Refundable For Failed Deliveries, Unwanted Items, False Claims & Accidental Damages Unless Signed Clearly "Box Damaged" Or Reported To Us Within 48 Hours Of Receipt.
  • Collection Charges Are Not Refundable For Unwanted Items, False Claims & Accidental Damages Unless Proved Otherwise By The Customer. (Following Verification By Our Service Centre)
